Reservation and membership terms
These terms explain the August reservation offer and the main boundaries of the Soft Life Ambition Collective membership. Chikumo Fiseko, sole trader, operates the Collective. Questions can be sent to hello@chikumofiseko.com.
The August reservation
- Submitting the reservation form reserves the £19 monthly rate for your first 12 paid months.
- No payment is taken when you reserve.
- A reservation does not start membership access and does not oblige you to buy.
- The reservation offer is available until 31 August 2026.
- Your private payment invitation will expire at 11:59 pm BST on 3 September 2026.
- The reserved rate is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
If you do not complete payment before the private link expires, the £19 rate may no longer be available.
Standard price from 1 September
From 1 September 2026, the public standard membership price is £29 per month. Submitting the website form records your interest at that rate but does not take payment or start membership access. Membership begins only after you review the full checkout terms and complete payment.
Joining and payment
Membership begins only after you choose to complete the private Stripe checkout and payment succeeds. Before paying, you will see the price, recurring billing details, cancellation information and any checkout terms that apply.
The planned membership is rolling monthly. You can cancel future renewals at any time. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What the membership is
The Collective provides practical resources, reflective prompts, values-led frameworks and community support for ambitious people who want success without self-abandonment. Meet Yourself Off Script is included in print and fillable PDF formats. The exact resources, delivery format and community structure may evolve as the Collective develops.
What it is not
The Collective is not therapy, counselling, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice or one-to-one coaching. It does not provide unlimited access to Chikumo or guarantee a personal reply. You remain responsible for decisions about your health, money, work, relationships and wider circumstances.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent mental health support, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you live.
Community conduct
Members must treat each other with care and respect. Harassment, discrimination, shaming, threats, aggressive selling, spam, unwanted coaching, sharing another member's private information or copying private community content are not allowed. Access may be paused or removed where conduct puts people or the community at risk.
Resources and intellectual property
Membership resources are for the member's personal use. You must not copy, sell, redistribute, share or use them to create a competing product or service. Members keep ownership of what they post, while allowing the Collective to host that content inside the community. Identifiable member stories or screenshots will not intentionally be used in marketing without permission.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide the membership with reasonable care and skill, but cannot promise that every platform or resource will always be uninterrupted. Reasonable changes may be made to the platform, resource format, schedule, community structure or included benefits. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated clearly.
Privacy, support and complaints
Read the privacy notice for details about personal information. For reservation, access, cancellation, payment or complaint queries, email hello@chikumofiseko.com using the email address connected to your reservation or membership.
